We do not offer returns on products unless they are damaged upon receipt. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to either replace the damaged item or issue a refund. Please note that we may require the damaged item to be returned to us before we issue a refund or replacement.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before submitting it.
If we are unable to replace a damaged item, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
