Sip ’N Paint: The Art of Giving & Receiving
So many women are incredible givers…but quietly struggle when it’s time to receive.
This Sip ’N Paint is an exploration of balance — between giving and receiving, effort and ease, strength and softness.
Some of us have learned to give endlessly because it once kept us safe. Others hold tightly because letting go has hurt before or we feel in lack. And many of us deflect compliments, help, or generosity without even realizing it.
This evening is a playful, insightful invitation to gently notice where those patterns live — and to meet them with curiosity instead of judgment.
